Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) 750mg
Magnesium (as aspartate) 5mg
Magnesium (as sulphate) 3.1mg
Potassium 13mg
Ascorbic acid (vitamin c) 50mg
Salix alba (White Willow) extract equivalent to dry bark 200mg
Maintenance: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or professionally advised.
Acute: Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules 3 times daily with food or as professionally advised.

i have found this product very helpful in coping with tendonitis/arthritis in my hands and wrists. i do not have to use painkillers and i take it before work that aggravates the condition i can cope and recover faster
