It's difficult to know when something as gentle as Sharkilage is working because it does it all in secret! My MRI showed that in one hip I had no cartilage left, and in the left, a very small amount. Wanting to help my left hip, I began taking Sharkilage and I hope it's working well enough to prevent my needing a hip replacement. 'Think positive,' is my motto :)
