Healtheries Omega 3 1000mg is an excellent source of the omega 3 essential fatty acids – Eicosapentanoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexanoic Acid (DHA). Fish Oil (natural, derived from mackerel, sardine, tuna, anchovy and salmon oils) 1000mg providing:
Omega 3 Marine Triglycerides 300mg
Eicosapentanoic Acid 180mg
Docosahexaenoic Acid 120mg
Antioxidant (Vitamin E – D-Alpha Tocopherol 1 IU/ 1 mg)

Also contains: Encapsulating aids.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule up to 3 times daily with food, or as directed.
Children under 12 years: Take 1 capsule up to 3 times daily. Capsule should be opened and mixed with food.
Those on medication should consult their health practitioner.
Omega 3 inhibits platelet aggregation and thins the blood and so may be incompatible with some anti-coagulant medication.
Supplementation with Omega 3 should be ceased one month prior to surgery.
