Each 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 3gm) Provides:

Magnesium 253mg
Sodium 137mg
Potassium 90mg
Sulfate 1462mg
Chloride 196mg
Iodine 24mcg

 

Ingredients:

Magnesium sulfate dried, Salt (Sodium chloride), Potassium sulfate, Sodium sulfate anhydrous, Citric acid anhydrous, Potassium chloride, Potassium iodate.

 

For an invogorating tonic and to maintain joint health and regularity, take 1/2-1 teaspoon of Kruschen Salts in a glass of hot water before breakfast.
 
Reduce to 1/4 teaspoon daily for a maintenance dose.
 
Kruschen Salts may be added to water, fruit juice, or herbal or fruit teas.

Kruschen Salts are not ideal for people on low sodium diets.

I have osteo arthritis in my thumb & clavical which aches all the time - no arthritis medication has helped to date. Kruschen Salts has!! no more pain - this is fantastic (apart from the taste!) Would reccommend to all!

I have been suffering from a painfull and swollen main big toe joint for the past several years. I have tried nsaids, topical analgesics, but nothing worked until I used Kruschen Salts, the pain and swelling have gone except when I put it under extreme stress, but I'm able to walk 8hrs a day without symptoms, highly recommended.
