I suffer from psoriasis and found taking this daily (in conjunction with EPO & fish oil) really helped my skin and calmed down itching and flare ups. The skin on my neck got all cracked and very sore and so I pierced a capsule and squeezed some straight oil onto my neck - almost instant releif and it helped calm my skin down hugely.
