I love this product - easy to take for those with weaker digestive systems - just mix it in a shake.

I bought it for my Mum and Dad. They take it 50/50 with Radiance Magnesium Powder and the mixture help them sleep very well. I tried it a couple of times but I don't like the taste and I find it doesn't mix well with cold drink. Too much calcium can inhibit iron absorption so watch out, ladies!
