Dosage:
Adult: Take up to 3 tablets daily depending on your calcium requirement and dietary intake.
Children (2-12):
Take 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your health care professional
Warnings:
If you suffer from hyerparathyroidism or chronic kidney disease should only take calcium supplementation under medical supervision. Contraindicated in hypercalcemia. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
