Vitamin A helps to maintain a healthy respiratory tract lining which forms an important barrier to infection. Vitamin D assists in the absorption of calcium from foods and supplements into the bones.
With high potency Fortified Vitamin A 4000IU and D3 400IU. Easy to swallow capsule in a one a day dose.
Ingredients (per capsule):
Cod Liver Oil 160mg
Fortified to supply:
Vitamin A (Retinyl palmitate) 4000IU 1200mcg R.E
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 400IU 10mcg
Adult only Dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your health care professional.
Warnings:
Do not use in pregnancy. Taking more than 3000mcg retinol equivalents (R.E) 10000IU of vitamin A per day during pregnancy may cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU.

These tiny little oil capsules are so easy to take to get a really good daily dose of Vitamin A, D and Omega 3. And no fishy burps or indigestion afterwards. Really happy with this supplement.
