I have tried many forms of calcium and magnesium and this is the only one that I seem to absorb. I take two at night five times a week and it stops restless legs and causes my muscles to relax about twenty minutes after taking it. It is also very effective at stopping any muscle spasms. It may also have stopped my teeth from decaying as when I stopped it for a year when my muscle spasms ceased, I had a resurgence of fillings.
