Receiving adequate calcium is important to prevent osteoporosis.
Magnesium is an integral part of more than 300 enzymes in the body and, with calcium, affects nerve and muscle functions. More than 80 percent of the natural magnesium in grains is lost by removal of the germ and outer layers during food processing.

Each 2 Tablets Provide:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 100 IU
Calcium (amino acid chelate, di-calcium phosphate) 400mg
Phosphorus (di-calcium phospate) 250mg
Magnesium (oxide) 200mg
Zinc (oxide) 7.5mg
Copper (gluconate) 1mg
Boron (amino acid chelate) 0.5mg
Proprietary blend 100mg
(Broccoli flower, carrot root, red beet root, rosemary leaf, tomato fruit, turmeric root, cabbage leaf, grapefruit bioflavonoid, orange bioflavonoid, hesperidin bioflavonoid).
Also contains: Cellulose (plant fiber), stearic acid (vegetable), magnesium stearate (vegetable).
Adults take 2 tablets with a meal twice daily.
