Therapeutically, when taken internally this liquid clay supports the intestinal system in the elimination of unwanted toxins due to its ability to draw toxins from the colon wall ready for elimination.
This product is made by suspending microfine USP-grade bentonite in purified water.
For Adults: take 15mL by metric measure twice daily, or mix with water as desired as an intestinal absorbant and as an aid for detoxification via the alimentary canal.
Each 15mL dose contains 730mg of Microfine Bentonite.
Also contains: Citric acid, sodium benzoate, purified water.

I have used this product along with other Natures Sunshine detox products. 1 Tblsp clay water with 1 tsp psyllium hulls in a glass of water to cleanse the bowel. excellent as a retention enema 2tblsp of clay water to 1 litre of warm water.
