Nature's Sunshine Liver Cleanse Formula is a blend of herbs and nutrients specially formulated to nourish the liver and to support natural cleansing functions. Together, the ingredients of Liver Cleanse have been formulated to provide nutritional support to the liver and gallbladder, promote cleansing and detoxification and support digestive function. This formula consists of herbs historically used to cleanse, detoxify and nourish, and provide support to the gastrointestinal tract. These herbs increase urine flow to flush out toxins via the kidneys.
Liver Cleanse formula also enhances spleen function, promotes perspiration, fights infection, relaxes muscle spasms, alleviates pain, and provides an expectorant and laxative effect.
The liver performs many important functions in the body. It supports digestive functions by secreting bile for emulsification of fat, controlling the metabolism of nutrients (including alcohols) and serving as a reservoir for many nutrients and metabolites. Nature's Sunshine products are excellent they have a great range of detox products this being one of them. I used this product with support from other Nature's Sunshine products to do a liver and bowel detox.

I always go for Nature's sunshine products, and use the liver cleanse formula as a liver detox once a year, i take these tablets for 2-3 months.Using this helps with detoxing the toxins from my body and improving my digestive system.
