Each Capsule Contains:
Elemental Magnesium from aspartate, chelate and oxide120mg
Cramp Bark (Viburnum Opulus) 500mg
Zinc from citrate 7.5mg
Vitamin B6 30mg
Take 1-2 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professonal.
If taking tetracycline or quinolene antibiotics, separate by at least 2 hours. Magnesium may reduce absorption and efficacy of these medications.
