Each Capsule Contains:
Lactobacillus Acidophilus 15 billion live organisms
Bifidobacterium Lactis 15 billion live organisms
Colostrum 70mg
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.
Children from age 6: Open 1 cap and sprinkle on food or add to juice.
This product must be refrigerated to retain its potency.
If on antibiotics, take several hours before or after the dose.

Probiotics certainly improve my immune system and intestinal balance. I take them on a daily basis and they seem to have an almost instant effect. I have used this product for some time now and can recommend it.
