I would not be without this product. I feel it has restored my brain to me as well as my hair colour which was fading.I had reduced my daily dose to one capsule because of cost, but Health Post's excellent prices have meant I am now able to take the recommended daily dose. Thank you so much!

I had depression for 2 yrs. I had to come off the nasty anti-depression pills as they made me feel dead. I had doctors trying to put me onto more anti-depressants. A lovely doctor recommended this oil. It took 10 days and I felt amazing. I tried to go onto a cheaper fish oil and within a week felt bad again. After going back on Ultimate Omega I once again felt wonderful. I fully recommend this product and I will NEVER go with out it. There are SO many other health benefits. Its liquid gold.
