My husband has suffered with an old knee injury for over 20 years. This supplement, while not a cure, has the benefits of protecting joints. He's been taking this for 2 years and is able to do plenty of sport without the pain. Would highly recommend as a preventative measure.

I have not tried this particular brand yet but all the ingredients listed are exactly if not more than what would be needed to keep joint pain away therefore worth trying as I have had good results from joint care capsules taken daily.
