Glucosamine Sulfate (sourced from seafood) with Chondroitin Sulfate (sourced from shark cartilage) taken regularly over time, help to rebuild and restore joint cartilage destroyed by normal wear and tear, as a result of aging.
Chondroitin Sulfate acts as a 'fluid magnet', drawing fluid and nutrients into the cartilage, enabling it to grow and be replaced. It works in conjunction with Glucosamine Sulfate to help rebuild cartilage.
Opti MSM (MethylSulfonylMethane) is a rich source of bioavailable sulphur needed for healthy joints. It helps to manage joint tenderness and discomfort, promotes circulation to the joints, helps to reduce muscle spasms around joints, acts as an antioxidant and aids joint lubrication.

Recommended Use:
1 level scoop (15g), twice daily mixed in water/juice with food or as directed by a healthcare professional. In due course, based on results, this dose can be reduced.

Diabetics: Because glucosamine is a sugar, it may affect blood glucose levels in some diabetics. Diabetics may need to monitor their blood glucose levels more carefully while on this product and consult their doctor if changes are noted.
