Patented FloraGLO marigold flower extract provides the carotenoid antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin, required for the maintenance of healthy eye tissues, especially the macular, retina and lens. These lutein esters have been shown to help support normal visual clarity.
Several studies have linked lutein supplementation to the support of both eye and other health. In particular, research has shown that low lutein levels in the body may be a factor in age-related macular degeneration and cataracts.
Usage: Nutritional supplementation with lutein assists in raising dietary intake of this important nutrient. Adequate dietary lutein supports the maintenance of healthy eye tissue.
