Minerals are vital to overall mental and physical well-being. All tissues and internal fluids of living things contain minerals. Their list of functions covers almost every cell and every function in the body, the smallest of deficiencies may lead to dysfunction and disease. It is well known that New Zealand soils are low in several minerals including zinc, boron and selenium. Most dietary minerals average only between 10-15% absorption, and deficiencies are common. Processing also removes or destroys the precious minerals in foods. “Tired all the time”, irritability, sluggishness, susceptibility to infection, poor wound healing and low energy are all signs that there may be a nutrient deficiency. Stress, work pressure, family demands, illness and many other problems deplete the body of the daily nutrients it needs to functions properly and perform at its best. As we age our ability to digest and absorb minerals also declines.
Usage: Radiance Mineral-Power may be helpful wherever the diet is insufficient to meet the needs of the body due to disease or lifestyle. People with chronic or degenerative disorders should consider long term mineral supplementation.

Excellent product. Have been taking this for years now, and certainly notice the difference when I forget to take it. Excellent for sleep, muscle pain and fatigue in particular and overall health. I suffer from chronic pain and this helps me to manage that better, as well as keep me healthy. Will continue to take it as part of my health regime.

I just LOVE this product ... definitely notice my energy levels drop when I haven't taken it. WAY more important than a multi vit as our soil (and therefore produce) is lacking in so many minerals. Fantastic value for money and a LIFE LONG tablet :)
