This a great stress buster and calms the nerves. It is more expensive than other products, but having tried a lot of other brands, the quality and effectiveness are by far superior to cheap alternatives.

My husband and I have been taking these for years and find them really effective. We like the 50mg dosage rather than higher and the fact that they contain niacinamide rather than nicotinamide. It's also great to have such easy to swallow capsules. Thanks.
