Each Capsule Contains:
100% Natural Vitamin E (400IU) mixed tocopherols 270mg
Also contains: Gelatin, glycerine capsule, soybean oil.
Contains no: Corn, egg, gluten, milk derivatives, nuts, salt, sugar, wheat, yeast, artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.
1 or more capsules daily.
High doses are not recommended in conjunction with blood thinning drugs such as aspirin, Warfarin or Heparin. High dose vitamin E supplementation should be ceased at least one week prior to any surgery or giving blood.

I take it with my fish oil and EP oil to maximize the absorption. It works great. The mixed version definitely works better than just d-alpha-tocopherol....Synthetic di-alpha-tocopherol is not even in the contest!
