Magnesium helps to regulate calcium transport and absorption. By stimulating the secretion of calcitonin, it aids the influx of calcium into bone and promotes optimal bone mineralization. Along with ATP, magnesium supports cellular energy production. It also promotes nerve and muscle function. This formulation provides 100% magnesium citrate, a highly absorbable form of this important mineral.
Each 2 Tablets Provide:
Magnesium (as citrate) 400 mg
Also contains: Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, cellulose gum, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, titanium dioxide, vegetable glycerin.
As a food supplement for adults, two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Take at least 2 hours away from medications.

an excellent product, it has stopped my severe muscle twitching, and nerve tingling enabling both myself and my husband to get a good night sleep. Prior to taking this product my limbs would take on a life of thier own at night kicking out etc this has now stopped all together. Highly recommended.
