Each 2 Tablets Provide:
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 1000mg
Red algae powder (L corallioides) 150mg
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 120mg
L-Lysine (as l-lysine Hydrochloride) 50mg
Zinc (as citrate) 15mg
L-Proline 50mg
Copper (as glycinate) 2mg
Also contains: Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin.
As a food supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Caution with warfarin (due to MSM content).
