Willing to try long term
Using this product for my 6 year old grandson. Not sure yet of benefits but plan on long term use.He has no trouble taking this product.
Even though I was sceptical about whether this would work, I noticed a definite difference within a few weeks (took the 2 tabs a day to start, reducing to one a day as recommended). I am not stupid but for some time I had been feeling exactly that - 'foggy', unclear in my thinking, saying/doing things that weren't smart - and that had started to affect my sense of self. Whether or not it was anything to do with menopause (am taking Remifemin for that and, man, that has SO helped), it doesn't matter now that I've found the fix. I regretted stopping Remifemin when I ran out - it took a while to get back to feeling good again after getting back on to it - so I will not be stopping taking Brain Boost. I feel 'normal' again!
Wonderful change after taking this supplement
After 3 months of taking this product I have seen a miraculous change in my 10 year old son. In a recent school report his teacher praised him for being focused and not easily distracted. This was a huge surprise as he had always been described as being unable to focus or was always easily distracted over the last many years. Whether it's this product or him just coming into maturity I'll never know but I am certainly buying this again.
