Noticing a change
I've just ordered my 2nd bottle. I have noticed an improvement in my 9 year old sons mood - less anxiety about school. He seems to be happier going to school. I've also been taking it myself and has made an improvement on my eczema and concentration.
We were delighted & surprised when we compared notes
My partner and I both started taking Cognizin at the same time, at the recommended introductory dose. After 14 days or so we commented that each of us were finding our usually taxing administrative work tasks were much easier to cope with and that we both were able to complete complex written work in one hit, instead of it dragging on for ever over days! That's when we clicked for the first time that the Cognizin was making all the difference. Clear headed, even when tired, my brain can operate better than it has in a long long time. Both in our mid-sixties, this is a heartening experience, as I think we each were thinking we were in a downward age-related spiral!!! We will be continuing to take Brain Boost. Definitely.
I am using this oil in a smoothie for my 6 year old son morning and night and his school has commented on a noticeable calming to his ADHD behavior as have I so its definitely worth trying if you feel your child needs a bit of extra help. Highly recommended.
