  • Awesome!

    star

Self Heal Swedish Bitters is the Kiwi version of a very old and well proven herbal tincture.

Bitters have been eliminated from our taste spectrum and as such most people will find it shockingly strong and bitter. Worry not, bitter flavour is what gets your Liver up and running.

Pretty much everyone should take a 500ml bottle of this stuff in the spring season to help your body do a "spring clean".

Take this stuff to cleanse your Liver and Large Intestine with a diet high in good soluble fibers. After that, your body will be able to heal itself of it's own accord.

  • DID NOT WORK!

    star

After loading up with three boxes of these convinced they were going to help my daughter not suffer from Travel Sickness they did not. She flew to the UK on Monday and threw up violently on both flights so would not recommend. She took these in conjunction with The Ginger People Gin Gins Super Strength Ginger Candy which I was also convinced would work - and they didn't. :(

  • Great first food for baby

    star

I used BioBalance Pure Slippery Elm Powder mixed with breastmilk as a first food for my 6 month old baby. After a couple of days we moved to pureed veggies and I added this slippery elm powder to them to help keep baby regular. We've also started adding it to smoothies for us and our toddler.

  • Do you want turmeric with that?

While its warm, peppery, bitter taste and golden colour makes turmeric a delicious addition to curry powders, cheeses and mustards, there is more to this herb than first meets the eye. Here are some great […]
