Glucosamine is a naturally occurring substance and major building block found in the cartilage, tendons and synovial fluid. MICROgenics glucosamine is sourced naturally from the shells of shellfish, and supplementation of glucosamine is a powerful assistant in the management of pain and joint swelling associated with arthritis.
A convenient 2-3 a day dose, with no added potassium - suitable for those on low-potassium diets.

Dimethyl Sulfone (MSM) 500mg
Chondroitin sulfate - bovine 200mg

Dosage:
To maintain normal joint health and function: take two tablets daily. For greater and faster pain relief and reduction in swelling: take three tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Since using Glucosamine, MSM& Chondroitin I have been able to walk pain free for a year now. I could hardly bend my knees. What a fantastic product I would recommend it to anyone suffering with this complaint.
