Good Health Joint Zone is a high strength formula containing Glucosamine and Chondroitin, two of the natural building blocks of healthy cartilage, plus Vitamin D.
Glucosamine and Chondroitin provide the raw materials and nutrients for the body to make new proteoglycan connective "nettings" and to maintain joint health and mobility.
The essential bone nutrient, Vitamin D is now included in the Joint Zone formula.
Vitamin D is needed for optimum Calcium absorption, maintenance of bone health and optimal bone density throughout life. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to inadequate bone mineralisation, and the increased breakdown of bone is linked to osteoporosis.
Joint Zone promotes healthy joint structure and function, and provides temporary relief from the pain and inflammation of arthritis.

Adults take 1-2 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised.
As Good Health Joint Zone contains marine extracts, those people with seafood allergies should avoid taking this product.
Contains potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Potassium content per capsule is similar to that found in less that a quarter of a medium size potato.

A really effective formula, I have been taking this for over 6 months now and my knee joints are feeling a lot less sensitive and 'clicky' after exercise. I also think it is good value for the quality of product.
