I was having a lot of trouble sleeping after a bereavement. A friend suggested this brand of magnesium, and I started taking it before bed each night. After 2 nights I noticed I was sleeping better and feeling a lot less anxious during the day. Stress apaprently depletes your magnesium stores so it makes sense. Highly recommend this product.
