Precautions

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 mcg from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years.
 
Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
 
Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

For some time (approx 18 months), I had been using another "highly recommended" multi with quite satisfactory results. But in the last 8 weeks that I have been using Swisse Men's Multi I can sure tell the difference, THESE ARE GREAT; At 50 years of age, I was having days of feeling much older, but now I have more energy & vitality than most 40 year olds; even keeping up with my 3 kids! BRING IT ON.

I have found Swisse Men's Ultivite the very best "multi" for me. It helps to boost my immune system to prevent (or reduce the severity) of coughs and colds.
