Adults take one capsule daily with food or as professionally advised. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate.
Your daily intake of selenium should not exceed 100mcg.
Gingko and Bilberry can thin the blood so a little caution is needed if also taking Aspirin. Okay if taking Aspirin in low dosage amounts – ideally below 100mg

Wow - this works ! I was experiencing blurred vision, soreness and tiredness in the eye area, especially as I am studying at Uni. About 30 minutes after taking one of these capsules, everything became much clearer and I could feel my eyes relax. It has taken the worry out of work.
