I like this supplement very much as it keeps my guts healthy and easy to take as one a day.

Capsules are very hard to open and my 7 year-old son said it tastes disgusting (sprinkled on food), as opposed to other probiotics he has had (whole capsules or sprinkled on food). These capsules are a bit too big for kids to swallow.
