This is a great natural source.I take it twice a day as directed and certainly notice a difference in the way i feel, much more energised, clarity of thinking,my skin is bright and clear,i do however suggest that vitamin c should be taken with to assist in greater absorbtion of the product.

If your looking for a product that is high in CoQ10 the ubiquinol this is not what you should get. It has some in it. As far as I could tell only about 3%. But it is mostly made up of what appears to be probiotics. I really don't think that advertising this product in the CoQ10 section and talking up the CoQ10 part is haredly fair when it only has 3% of CoQ10 really cuts the mustard. (HealthPost response: This is a Natural CoQ10 product, not nutraceutical like most others in the catalogue. The Probiotics are there because they turn certain natural nutrients into CoQ-Quinol. Once the strength is achieved then the probiotics are deactivated. Not everyone wants a nutraceutical CoQ10, so we strive to have a product range which appeals to a variety of requirements.)
