Nutra-Life Active Women’s Multi contains nutrients or “cofactors” for optimal function of the immune system and other processes. For example, Magnesium and Vitamin D3 work in conjunction with Calcium to help maintain healthy bones. Calcium and Magnesium also work together to help reduce the incidence of cramps. Vitamin C works together with all vitamins and minerals including bioflavonoids, Calcium and Magnesium to help maintain a healthy immune system.
