Smoothie Ingredients Info
The simplest way to make a smoothie is to chop up fruit, put it into a base of a water, dairy or nut milk, add some nuts, seeds, oats, or leafy green vegetables, and blend. However, there are many other things you can add to take your smoothie to the next level, often enhancing the flavour in the process. These range from exotic fruits, superfoods and powders, various herbs, protein powders and more.
Fermented foods can add a probiotic boost. Green powders may add nutritional value, particularly where green vegetables are out of season or hard to source. Essential fatty acids such as flaxseed or fish oils can add critical macronutrients lacking in many modern diets.
Take your pick and start your day in a delicious way.
Too sweet, prefer savoury
Very nice with deserts or baking however I would get more use if it was savoury, NOT sweetened or flavoured with vanilla.. I could then use it more often in soups and stews as I am trying to avoid sweet things.

This is the best. It has a slight chemical taste but I like the smoothness and the creaminess .Its not too sweet for me. My smoothies are only water, flaxseed oil , spinach and Vital Protein so the taste isnt disguised by fruit ( I have to limit fruit sugars ). I recommend this product.
This has been a great product. Flavour is lovely - especially when mixed with a few berries to add a bit more flavour. Definitely worth purchasing.
