Organic Supplements Info

Organic supplements work in tune with your body’s processes and are readily accepted because your body perceives them as nutrients. Raw and unprocessed organic supplements may help your body make up any nutritional gaps that aren’t being fulfilled by diet.

Choosing organic supplements means you won’t be disrupting your body’s natural state with additives that may cause more harm than good.

Popular organic supplement product choices for HealthPost customers include Waihi Bush Organic Flaxseed Oil, which is a naturally high source for Omega 3 and 6.

Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil may support heart, brain, skin and general health and  is a popular choice for HealthPost customers.

  • Didn't like the taste

    star

I've been taking spirulina for Year's in my smoothly, (and use to my smoothies tasting gross) and have tried this product before and it was fine, but the last one I got from health post I had to throw it away, don't know what was wrong with it but it tasted off, and just didn't feel healthy and didn't want to risk it, so I'm put off trying this brand again.

I take vital greens daily and have found I have improved energy levels right through the day, no more bloating or digestive issues and sleep better too.

  • Superb

    star

Texture, freshness, colour and taste all A+. I'm low folate so this works a treat. Not great (in high amounts) for under-methylators. Re: walsh institute studies.
