In clinical trials with over 22,000 patients, researchers found SAM-e as effective as pharmaceutical treatments for pain and inflammation, without any signs of digestive tract damage, sexual dysfunction, dry mouth, or nausea. SAM-e is an approved treatment for osteoarthritis by the American Arthritis Association.

Shake well before use. Take 8 drops, up to 3 times daily, under the tongue, and IMPORTANTLY, hold under tongue for 40 seconds before swallowing. Each 30ml bottle is sufficient SAM-e for approximately 82x 8-drop servings.
