Other uses and benefits of Turmeric

  • encourages healthy liver function
  • helps maintain healthy cells with support against free radicals
  • balances the health of the digestive system
  • aids in support of healthy blood and your circulatory system
  • helps maintain normal cholesterol levels to support your cardiovascular system
  • assists your neurological system’s healthy response to stress
  • supports a healthy female reproductive system

When combined with other natural health supplements, turmeric’s benefits grow even larger. For example, taking turmeric with glucosamine may help support and strengthen joint mobility.

Stick to normal turmeric this stuff is disgusting, overly and unnecessarily sweet with overkill on the stevia.

  • tasty hot drink

    star

This is a lovely drink made with half boiling water and half almond/coconut milk. I also add a tblsp of nut butter or coconut oil which gives it a fuller taste and makes it more like 'do it yourself' recipes. A little sweet due to the stevia but if diluted enough, is just right on these cold mornings.
