Solgar ABC Dophilus powder is a scientific blend of 'friendly bacteria' specially formulated for infants and children. Bifidobacteria (B. lactis & B. infantis) constitute the predominant healthy intestinal microflora in infants and children and primarily reside in the large intestine. Together with S. thermophilus these organisms may help to promote healthy intestinal ecology in infants and children.
Solgar have carefully researched and developed ABC Dophilus to provide the best strains of probiotics specifically suited for infants and children. Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that live naturally in the bowel to aid immune function and a healthy digestive system.

Powdered probiotic cultures providing 1 billion live microorganisms consisting of the following beneficial strains:
B. lactis, BB-12 350 million microorganisms
S. thermophilus, TH-4 350 million microorganisms
B. infantis, BB-02 300 million microorganisms
Also contains: Maltodextrin, silicon dioxide.
As a food supplement for infants and children, take 1/2 (1.5gm) teaspoonful daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
