Be Calm is a formula that especially targets children who exert high levels of energy which can lead to potential dietary deficits. This is a carefully selected range of mineral for the over active child that is unable to concentrate properly during the day.
Ferr Phos: supports a sensitive nervous system.
Kali Phos: assists with nervousness, worry, irritability & poor sleep patterns.
Mag Phos: assists with nerve pains and is known as the muscle & nerve relaxant.
Silica: assists in improving assimilation where nutrition is defective and supports Mag Phos and Ferr Phos in strengthening the nervous system.
Each Tablet Contains:
250ng Each Of:
Ferric Pyrophosphate (Ferr Phos)
Potassium Phosphate (Kali Phos)
Magnesium Phosphate (Mag Phos)
Silicon Dioxide (Silica)
Also contains lactose.
Children 1 – 11 years: 1 tablet, 4 times daily
Infants 0-11 months: ½ tablet, 4 times daily
For sudden onset: take every half hour until symptoms improve (for max. 2days).
Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water.
