My son has been taking these for a couple of years now, and I can really notice the difference if he's forgotten to take them for a few days. He becomes less focused and more emotional. And unlike the battle I have to get him to take any of the childrens multi-vitamin pills due to their taste, he will happily eat a daily Smart Bite .. This is a really good product that I highly recommend!

I think the high dose of DHA & EPA are great, but sadly my 4 year old thinks they taste gross (though he will be bribed to take them if I give him a piece of 70% Chocolate afterwards!). My 2 year old will happily eat them and my 6 year old doesn't like them but will take them because I told him they will help him with his learning. I notice a strong fish smell on their breath after they take it. Will try a different brand next time.

YUM YUM YUM ... my wee man loves these! I didn't think they were that yummy but he actually thinks they are a treat. I'm not complaining!
