To make 1 litre.
Step 1: Add 90gm (half a cup) of Zeal whey powder to 500mls of hot or cold water.
Step 2: Stir briskly until dissolved.
Step 3: Add a further 500mls of water to make a full litre of Zeal.
For a richer creamier taste increase the quantity of Zeal whey powder.
Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Not suitable as a whole food for infants.
