Each Tablet Provides:
Paeonia lactiflora (peony) ext. equiv. to dry root 1gm
(standardised to not less than paeoniflorin 13mg)
Schisandra chinensis (schisandra) ext. equiv. to dry fruit 500mg
Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree) ext. equiv. to dry fruit 500mg
Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25mg
Magnesium citrate (equiv. Magnesium 70mg) 426mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (equiv. zinc 7.5mg) 37.5mg
Also contains: Crospovidone, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, silicon dioxide.
No added: Gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
Adults: Take 1 tablet 1-2 times daily with food.
Exercise caution with oral contraceptives, progesterone drugs or HRT.
Discontinue use if pregnant.

Have used this product for a month now and have just ordered a few more months supply. Have definitely noticed a difference with mood and in particular water retention.
