Adults:
Take one tablet a day (with food), or as professionally prescribed.
Contraindications:
There are no known drug interactions with the ingredients. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women. This product containts selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

Having been quite sick over the past year or so leaving me very lethargic and no energy at all, I decided on the advise of the health shop lady who was most knowledgable to give them a try. After my first 2 bottles I can firmly say I won't be stopping them in the near future. My skin is glowing and people tell me I look like I've got a new man in my life !
