I am 52 and was experiencing night sweats. I have been using DIM and have had no more sweats. I began with 1 a day which worked to begin with but then the sweats came back so increased dose and they disappeared. Have not taken DIM for several months and have been sweat free. They are beginning to return so am going to start taking it again. It really really helps big time!

I have used this product for years, i have tried other brands but they do not work the same, it seems to take away the bloated feeling and also the soreness of breast. I find taking 2 a day works better for me.
