As a dietary supplement Qsilica helps maintain the elasticity of skin, diminish the appearance of wrinkles and support maximum incorporation of calcium into bones.

I used to have terrible trouble with my nails including splitting, discolouration, ridging etc. but since I was advised by a naturopath at the health shop to take silica I have been using this product and my nails are now strong and healthy again. I would recommend this product for any tissue related problems.

I have had problems with a shoulder that keeps on rolling out. Been to lots of people to help fix it, and have been told I was in line for an operation if it kept on happening. After going to an osteopath, I was recommended to take this as it is good for connective tissue, and so far it hasn't happened since - yahoo - something works, and I've saved having an operation!!
