    My research in to this product prior to purchase indicated that it was much more likely to assist with Irritable Bowel Syndrome than Inflammatory Bowel Disease. I suffered from IBD and not IBS, but thought it might be worth a try. With persistence, the results have been very positive. From at least several bouts a month lasting days at a time I am now only experiencing occasional (say once every two months) milder bouts lasting a day or two at most. My bowels are more regular and other digestive difficulties diminished. I take one capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a large drink, six days a week. (Sunday is a rest day.) I am on my fourth large bottle now and will try an extended break soon to see if the results hold.
