Waihi Bush is by far the best flax seed oil that i have found. My skin is where isaw the biggest difference once i started taking flax, i used to get a little bit of eczema but dont after being on flax. great stuff!

I started taking this Waihi Bush flax seed oil (3 caps per day) after researching natural remedies for hormonal imbalances. I was having terrible night sweats which resulted in constant sleep disturbance. After taking the flax seed oil for 3 months my night sweats have almost completely gone and I have also noticed that my heart arrhythmia and palpitations have almost totally stopped too! Fantastic!
