Research has shown Omega-3 fatty acids, found naturally in fish oil, are important for heart health, helping to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system and cholesterol levels in healthy individuals. Specifically, fish oil helps improve HDL (good) cholesterol and lowers total serum triglycerides in healthy individuals. It may also help reduce joint inflammation and increase joint mobility associated with arthritis.

Each capsule contains:
Fish Oil – natural 1000mg (containing beneficial omega-3 marine triglycerdies), Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg.
No added: Yeast, starch, gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or dairy products.
Recommended Adult Dosage:
For General Omega-3 Supplementation take three capsules a day with food; for Cholesterol Management take two capsules three times a day with food; for Arthritis Pain Relief take up to three capsules three times a day with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
