Description

Very similar to Floradix, Floravital Formula has been specially prepared for those with allergies and digestive problems exacerbated by yeast, gluten, and honey.
 
Iron is an essential dietary factor. Floravital contains organic Iron II Gluconate, which is a form of iron easily absorbed by the body, together with a carefully considered combination of B vitamins and vitamin C, which together promote growth and maintain health and fitness.
 
Floravital can be particularly beneficial to women (including expectant and lactating mothers), girls, growing children and adolescents, the elderly and convalescents and those regularly taking part in active sports.
 
Free from yeast, gluten, alcohol and chemical preservatives, Floravital is a delicious liquid iron formula which can be enjoyed by anyone whose diet may be lacking in natural iron and vitamins.
 

Ingredients

The daily recommended adult dosage of 20ml (4 teaspoons) provides 19.16mg of Iron.
 
 
Each 10ml Provides:
 
Aqueous extract (70%) from:
Hibiscus calyces, Fennel, Chamomile flowers, Spinach.
 
Mixture of fruit juice concentrates (27%) of:
Red grapes, Pears, Black currants, Cherries, Blackberries, Carrots.
 
Iron II (from Ferrous Gluconate) 9.58mg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid from Rosehip extr.) 10mg
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine HCl) 0.86mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 0.86mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl)0.86mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 0.86mg
 
Free from: Yeast, gluten, alcohol and chemical preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 10ml twice daily, before morning and evening meals
 
Children 3-5 years: Take 5ml once daily.
 
Children 6-12 years: Take 10ml once daily.
  
Shake well before use.
 
This product does not contain any alcohol, preservatives or additives.To prevent the contents from spoiling once opened, close the bottle after every use and return immediately to the refrigerator. Once opened this product must be used within 4 weeks.
 
Do not drink directly from the bottle, use the measuring cap provided.
 

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Floravital was a perfect 'pick-me-up' when I realised I wasn't getting enough iron. But the turn around was pretty instant. Got my energy and alert brain back. Was able to go back to working longer hours. I rather liked the taste too, quite sweet, in a prune juice kind of way. Highly recommend.

So many iron supplements seem to constipate but I have found this one to work really well without that unpleasant side-effect . It works quickly too and really does seem to raise iron levels and boost energy.
