I had been on prescribed iron supplements for 11 months and my iron level would not rise above 6. One month after starting to take Spatone, my iron level is now 32. Would highly recommend this option to bring levels back to a safe level.

I noticed this supplement was on sale a couple of months ago and because my iron levels have been low for years I decided to try it... no constipation, that was a big drawcard for me. Yesterday I had cause to have my iron levels tested and the result was wonderful, it has gone up significantly. It was very easy to take, I used 1 sachet per day in a glass of half and half apple juice and water. I would definitely recommend this product.

I took these when pregnant they were the best for me they didn't make me feel sick or constipate me like pills do. I also noticed a difference in the way i felt. the only draw back is they have a metal taste, but I didn't mind that its only when they go down, was just pleased they dint give me nausea like all the other iron supplements did.
